This is one of the oldest historic period houses on the east coast dating back to the 14th century and formerly a public house located in the old town just one block away from Scarborough harbour. Very carefully restored under the eye of English Heritage yet retains a remarkable amount of architectural detail from various periods through its life with Grade II* listing.
The property is arranged over four floors compromising :
